CLIFFORD RECTOR, II

Clifford Rector, II, age 45, of Jasper, Tennessee, was called home on Monday, March 2, 2026. Born on October 27, 1980, in Chattanooga, Tennessee, he was the beloved son of Clifford Rector, Sr. and Patricia Jones Rector.  Clifford built his life and livelihood with his hands and his heart. As a self‑employed carpenter, he took pride in his craft and the work he created. Outside of his trade, Clifford found joy in the simple, meaningful moment, fishing on quiet days, listening to music, and grilling for the people he loved.  Family was the center of Clifford’s world. He cherished every moment spent with them and was known as a devoted son, a caring brother, and a proud Papaw. His presence brought warmth, laughter, and steadiness to those fortunate enough to know him.  Clifford’s memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will forever remember his kindness, his love, and the many ways he made their lives brighter.

Clifford is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia Jones Rector.

Left to cherish his memories are his father, Clifford Rector, Sr.; sons, Easton Rector, Kadin (Chasidy) Rector; sisters Christie Clark, Amber (Josh) Talley; grandchildren, Elijah Rector, Houston Rector; several nieces and nephews; other family members and friends.

Visitation is on Sunday, March 8, 2026, from 12:00 to 6:00 pm CST at Tate Funeral Home in Jasper, Tennessee.  Dakota Jordan to say a prayer at the end of visitation.
